Backhousia citriodora. Grown in the Atherton Tablelands without any pesticides or herbicides. Packed in Cairns by Blackbooks Tea.
Approx 1 level tsp per cup. Boiling water & sit 3-5 min. Honey for sweetness. Great chilled.
