Sunshine - Lemon Myrtle, Rosella Hibiscus, Dried Mango pieces

Enough real loose leaf tea in each glass tube for 3 to 4 cups. Use approx 1 heaped tsp per cup. Add Boling Water and steep 4–6 minutes. For Iced Tea use double the amount of tea and pour over enough boiling water to just cover the leaves and steep 5-10 minutes. Strain. If you want extra sweetness you can add honey or sugar at this stage. Top with plenty of Ice and / or soda water. Garnish with orange slices & mint. You can also be cold brew a lighter version overnight in your water bottle for a healthy low-calorie refresher throughout the day.
