1 heaped tsp per cup (about 10g) – adjust amount up or down, according to size of your cup or pot & your personal taste for sweetness & spice!
Method 1: Pour boiling water over mix in a teapot, plunger, cup infuser, thermos, jug or any other vessel you can find. Steep 5 to 10 min. Strain. Drink just as it is or add a dash of your favourite milk.
Method 2: Gently bring to a slow simmer in a small saucepan in milk of your choice whilst stirring, strain.
Method 3: Barista style - Cover with hot water in one jug whilst you texture milk of choice in another. Mix together, strain & serve.
