Kapha Spice Blend
These spices are all excellent for digestion & general wellbeing. High percentage of ginger to stimulate the Kapha dosha. Great for Mulled Wine or Cider or grind finely to flavour sweet & savoury dishes.
Mixed in small batches in Cairns with Australian Certified Organic, imported Ginger, True Cinnamon, Cardamon, Cloves, Nutmeg.
Blend with your choice of black or green tea, rooibos, cacao or dandelion. Try 1 part spice to 3 parts tea, adjust to taste. For rich milky chai simmer 3 tsp in 1½ mug water in saucepan 5 min add 1½ mug of milk, reheat, strain, add honey.
