Kapha Ayurveda Chai Spice Blend
These spices are all excellent for Digestion & general Wellbeing. High percentage of Ginger to stimulate the Kapha dosha in Ayurveda. Grind finely to flavour sweet & savoury dishes.
Mixed in small batches by Blackbooks Tea in Cairns with Australian Certified Organic Ginger, True Cinnamon, Cardamon, Cloves, Nutmeg.
Blend with your choice of black or green tea, rooibos, cacao or dandelion. Try 1 part spice to 3 parts tea, adjust to taste. For rich milky chai simmer 3 tsp in 1½ mug water in saucepan 5 min add 1½ mug of milk, reheat, strain, add honey. Great for Mulled Wine or Cider.
