These spices are all excellent for Digestion & general Wellbeing. High percentage of Liquorice to balance the Pitta dosha in the Ayurvedic tradition. Great for Mulled Wine or Cider or grind finely to flavour sweet & savoury dishes in cooking.

Blend with your choice of black or green tea, rooibos, cacao or dandelion. Try 1 part spice to 3 parts tea, adjust to taste. For rich milky chai simmer 3 tsp in 1½ mug water in saucepan 5 min add 1½ mug of milk, reheat, strain, add honey.
