Vata Organic Chai Spice Blend - DIY Chai, Mulling & Cooking
These spices are all excellent for Digestion & General Wellbeing. Star Anise & Orange to Warm & Soothe the Ayurvedic Vata Dosha. Great for Mulled Wine or Cider or grind finely to flavour sweet & savoury dishes when cooking.
Ingredients & Origin: Mixed in small batches in Cairns with Australian Certified Organic, imported True Cinnamon, Ginger Cardamon, Orange Peel, Star Anise.
Blend with your choice of black or green tea, rooibos, cacao or dandelion. Try 1 part spice to 3 parts tea, adjust to taste. For rich milky chai simmer 3 tsp in 1½ mug water in saucepan 5 min add 1½ mug of milk, reheat, strain, add honey.
