Naturally caffeine free. Traditionally used for relieving skin complaints, upset stomach & insomnia. Similar taste to black tea & good alternative if trying to cut down on caffeine, especially if you like milk. Packed in small batches by Blackbooks Tea in Cairns Australia.

Aspalathus linearis, grown in South Africa. “Roy-bos” is the national drink of South Africa. Australian Certified Organic. 

I tsp per cup. Add boiling water & sit 3-5 min. Add slice of lemon & honey or milk & sugar to taste. This is one of the few Herbal teas that are suitable to add milk to.

I love this Rooibos - great tea

We stayed in Palm Cove Queensland and found the lovely ladies selling tea at the markets. We bought some tea home. We love it. My favourite is the Rooibos as I can’t have caffeine anymore. My husband loves the lemon myrtle green tea and the Queensland Breakfast. So much better than using teabags. Takes a little longer to brew but that’s all part of the enjoyment of tea. I’ve just reordered our tea online.

My husband enjoys his cup of Rooibos for morning tea. It is a great substitute for normal tea as he cannot have caffeine because of a medical condition he has.

My husband, Ray enjoys his cup of Rooibos tea each day for morning tea. He suffers with Collageneous Colitis he was advised to drink Decafinated tea and Marg from Blackbooks Tea suggested he try Rooibos which he is very happy with.
