A good quality large leaf Ceylon tea infused with Bergamot to give the classic strong aromatic citrus flavour. Earl Grey first became popular in Britain in the early 1800’s and is thought to have originally been named after a Prime Minister of the time, the Earl Charles Grey.

Camellia sinensis grown in Sri Lanka. Packed in Cairns, Australia. I tsp per cup, boiling water 2-5 min. Try with a slice of fresh lemon added.
