Far North Chai Loose Leaf Tea
Black tea Camellia Sinensis grown in the Daintree, Far North Queensland & Sri Lanka, mixed in Cairns by Blackbooks Tea with Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Nutmeg, Clove, Vanilla, Rose.
1 tsp per cup, boiling water. For 2 mugs of rich milky chai – simmer 3 heaped tsp in 1½ cups of water in saucepan for 5 min. Add 1½ cups of milk of choice, reheat, strain, add honey. Alternatively, make a strong brew in a pot with boiling water, heat milk in the microwave, then mix.
