No added emulsifiers, preservatives, salt, sugar or nasties. Turn your jar upside down occasionally as the honey will settle a little. Always use a clean, dry spoon & screw lid on tight and it will keep for 3 months or more after opening (if you can resist drinking
it all before then!)
So easy to make! 1 heaped tsp per cup (about 15g) – adjust amount up or down, according to size of your mug & your personal taste for sweetness & spice.
Method 1: Pour boiling water over mix in a teapot, plunger, cup infuser, thermos, jug or any other vessel you can find. Steep 5 to 10 min. Strain. Drink just as it is or add a dash of your favourite milk.
OR Method 2: Gently bring to a slow simmer in a small saucepan in milk of your choice whilst stirring, strain.
OR Method 3: Barista style – Cover mix with boiling water in one jug to infuse, whilst you texture milk of choice in another. Mix together & strain.
