Ayurvedic Chai Spices - Kapha
All of these spices are great for digestion & general wellbeing. This mix has a high percentage of ginger to help stimulate the Kapha dosha.
Ginger, True Cinnamon, Cardamon, Cloves, Nutmeg. Mixed in small batches in Cairns with imported ingredients. Australian Certified Organic.
Blend with your choice of black or green tea, rooibos, cacao or roasted dandelion. Try 1 part spice to 3 parts tea, or adjust to your taste. For rich milky chai add 3 heaped tsp to 1 ½ mugs of cold water in a saucepan & simmer 5 min then add 1 ½ mug of milk, reheat, strain, add honey. These spices are also excellent to make mulled wine or added ground to cakes, curries or other sweet & savoury dishes.
