Nettle is a natural diuretic & may help with urinary tract infections and allergies. It has been traditionally used as a tonic and to treat joint pain, gout & arthritis. May aid lactation and help balance blood sugar levels.

 Urtica dioica. Australian Certified Organic. Grown in Italy and / or Australia. Packed in Cairns by Blackbooks Tea.

1tsp per cup, brew with boiled water 3-5 min. Add honey for sweetness. Try chilled as well.

Refreshing and surprisingly soothing

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy this nettle leaf tea. The flavour is clean, earthy and mild — not bitter at all — and it’s easy to drink both hot and cold.
