Pu-erh Chai - Dry Mix

This is the dry mix I use to create my honey chai, without it being marinated in the honey. Pu-erh is a special fermented digestive tea with a soft earthy flavour. It is naturally spiced up with strong Cardamon & Ginger & Cinnamon.

Certified Organic Cardamom Pods, freshly ground & chunky Ginger & True Cinnamon. Mixed in small batches in Cairns.

1 tsp per cup, boiling water, 3-5 min. Drink black or add milk. For rich milky chai latte style simmer in pan ½ water 5 min, add ½ milk & honey, reheat, strain.
