Pu-erh Oolong Tea

A woody, earthy cup with a milder flavour than the straight Pu-erh. The fully fermented Pu-erh leaves are blended with a partially fermented Dark Oolong leaves to produce an excellent cup of tea that offers strength and flavour without any trace of bitterness or tannins. Perfect for breakfast but can be enjoyed any time of day, it has a lower level of caffeine than most black teas.

I tsp per cup. Add freshly boiled water and brew 3 - 6 minutes.
