Practical to keep inside your tin or pouch to make sure you always use a clean dry spoon and can measure consistently for your personal taste. ie. if you like your tea stronger or if it a bulkier large leaf tea or herbal infusion, make it heaped  ...  if you like your tea weaker or it is a small leaf tea only half fill it.
