Tarry Lapsang Souchong
A famously smoky “tarry” aroma & flavour. To create this, the finished tea is given extra drying over a smoking pine fire, imparting a sweet, clean smoky taste.
Ingredients & Origin: Black tea Camelia Sinensis grown in Fujian Province,
China & packed in Cairns, Australia.
1 tsp per cup, boiling water & sit 2 – 6 min. Milk / sugar to taste.
